Account Manager

Assigned customer profiles only Customer notes Assigned support requests Services belonging to assigned customers Sales/upgrade tools No VPS access No SSH/root access No server files No access to customers assigned to another Account Manager unless permission is granted Compensation Commission paid per completed qualifying sale or upgrade personally generated by the Account Manager.

Account Managers are assigned existing Photon Nodes customers. You will be their main contact, help answer account questions, follow up with them, and recommend additional services when appropriate. You earn commission for each qualifying sale or upgrade that you personally complete.

Communicate with assigned customers Follow up on customer needs Maintain customer notes Help customers understand their services Recommend upgrades when appropriate Complete additional service sales Send billing issues to the Owner Escalate server problems to the Owner

Strong communication skills Professional customer service Organized and dependable Able to maintain accurate customer notes Must protect customer information Must have an approved payout method Applicants under 18 must use a parent/guardian-approved payment account when required

Photon Nodes provides website and Discord bot hosting with a focus on reliable service and support. This opportunity is remote and volunteer-based.
