Help Photon Nodes customers with account questions and basic service problems. Customer Support Representatives provide first-level assistance through the Photon Nodes Customer Portal. This position does not have access to Photon Nodes servers. Anything requiring server-level changes must be escalated to the Owner.

Respond to customer support requests Answer basic service questions Help customers navigate their accounts Update support ticket notes Keep customers informed Identify technical problems Escalate server-related problems to the Owner Protect customer information

Photon Nodes provides website and Discord bot hosting with a focus on reliable service and support. This opportunity is remote and volunteer-based.
