Phone Support Representatives are the first point of contact for many customers calling Photon Nodes. You will answer basic questions, document calls, and escalate issues that require Account Management, Sales, technical assistance, or Owner access.

Answer incoming customer calls Complete requested callbacks Verify basic customer information Record call notes Answer general questions Route sales opportunities to Sales Escalate technical problems Mark callbacks completed when finished Remain professional on calls
