By purchasing or using a Photon Nodes service, customers agree to these terms and applicable service requirements.
Acceptable use
Photon Nodes services may not be used for:
- Illegal activity or unlawful content.
- Malware, phishing, fraud or unauthorized access.
- Harassment, threats or abusive activity.
- Copyright infringement.
- Activity that damages or disrupts our systems.
Payments
Customers are responsible for applicable service charges. Services may be suspended when required payments are not received.
Availability
Photon Nodes works to keep services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
